Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
- Location : Trivandrum
- Salary - 25 to 30 LPA
Mandatory Skills
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot
- Solid experience with SQL-based relational databases
- Experience building high-performance REST APIs
- Hands-on experience with messaging systems, queues, and WebSocket-based communication
- Mandatory experience in Capital Markets / Capital Market applications
- Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend services and APIs
- Strong understanding of server-side architecture, performance optimization, security, and maintainability
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
- Experience working in both on-premises and cloud environments
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment strategies
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and participating in technical design discussions
- Ability to mentor and guide junior and mid-level developers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field
Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience leading backend development initiatives across multiple projects
- Exposure to backend architecture evolution and technology evaluation
- Strong understanding of modern DevOps practices and collaborative engineering culture
- Ability to drive technical excellence, coding standards, and code quality initiatives
