Back End Developer

Job Title - Java Backend Developer

Experience - 5 to 7 years

Location - Chennai

1. Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and Microservices Architecture to deliver high-performance enterprise solutions.
2. Analyze business requirements, collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners, and translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
3. Develop secure and scalable RESTful APIs, ensuring high availability, maintainability, performance, and adherence to coding standards.
4. Build and optimize data-driven applications using SQL, RDBMS, and performance tuning techniques to support high-volume transactional systems.
5. Develop, test, and deploy applications using Git, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps best practices across multiple environments.
6. Implement automated testing using JUnit, TDD/BDD, Cucumber, and participate in system, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
7. Participate in code reviews, enforce development best practices, and contribute to continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes.
8. Package, deploy, monitor, and provide L3 production support, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and production stability.
9. Contribute to technical design, documentation, solution architecture, and continuous improvement initiatives across the engineering organization.
10. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality software that meets business objectives.
11. Exposure to Quarkus Framework is desirable, along with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and client-focused skills.
