Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust backend services using Node.js and Python.
• Design and implement scalable APIs and database schemas using PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Ensure high-quality, modular, and testable code, with proper version control and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, frontend, and DevOps to deliver production-ready features.
• Optimize system performance and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to architecture design, infrastructure planning, and code reviews.
• Maintain technical documentation and follow best development practices.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of experience in backend development, particularly with Node.js and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Experience with AWS cloud services is a strong plus.
• Proficient in version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker).
• Proven experience in production-level projects and agile team environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ownership of code and systems.
• Effective communicator who thrives in a cross-functional, collaborative setting.
