Back End Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Golang
• Build RESTful / gRPC APIs and integrate with front-end and third-party services
• Work on microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Collaborate with product managers, frontend developers, and DevOps teams
• Participate in code reviews and system design discussions

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Golang
• Experience with REST APIs and/or gRPC
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and concurrency
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• Familiarity with Docker & containerization
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)

Good to Have

• Experience with Kubernetes
• Exposure to event-driven architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Knowledge of system design & scalability patterns
• Experience in fintech, SaaS, or high-scale platforms
