- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend systems and services.

Requirements:
For this mission you will need:
- BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in backend/software development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, system design, and design patterns.
- Experience building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems or microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with databases and data modeling (SQL/NoSQL)
- Experience with at least one backend language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies as needed.
- Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving.
- Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
- Familiarity with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – advantage.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving tech environment.
