We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated Backend Developer to join our team. Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, and system architecture.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code that meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with frontend engineers, product managers, and other team members to build end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize applications for performance, reliability, and security.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Work in an agile environment with strong ownership and accountability.
- Ensure timely delivery of tasks with high attention to detail.
Requirements- 3+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Node.js / Python / Go / Java (choose your company's stack).
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs, microservices, or similar backend architectures.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL, NoSQL) and data modeling.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with CI/CD, Git workflows, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a get things done mentality.
- Proven record of delivering production-ready backend systems.
Nice to Have- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or containerized environments.
- Knowledge of message queues (RabbitMQ, Kafka, etc.).
- Familiarity with caching systems (Redis, Memcached).
- Experience working in a startup environment.
