L&T Technology Services is seeking a Senior Backend Developer (Experience range - 4+ years) of experience, proficient in:
Job Description:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
- Build and consume RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations
- Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment
- Work with GCP services (e.g., Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, Firestore) or GKE for container orchestration
- Integrate gRPC for high-performance service communication (if applicable)
- Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers
Required Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Core Java and Spring Boot
- Experience with REST API design and development
- Familiarity with Microservices architecture
- Good understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git)
- Exposure to GCP, GKE, or gRPC is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
