Responsibilities/Duties:

1. System Development: Design, develop, and maintain complex backend systems using Node.js.

2. Ownership: Take ownership of modules or features within the application.

3. Mentorship: Mentor junior developers and provide guidance.

4. Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and scalability.

5. Security: Implement security best practices to protect data and resources.

6. Architecture: Participate in architectural discussions and decisions.

7. Refactoring: Continuously refactor and improve existing codebase.

8. Integration: Collaborate with frontend and other teams to integrate systems.

9. Learning: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Skills:

1. 1.5+ years of experience in Node.js development.
2. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and asynchronous programming.
3. Experience with web frameworks such as Express.js.
4. Solid understanding microservices architecture.
5. Proficiency in using databases like MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
6. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
7. Knowledge of DevOps practices for CI/CD pipelines.
8. Understanding of design patterns and software architecture principles.
9. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
10. Expert with database GUIS and tools rest API tools.
11. Experience with real-time technologies (e.g., WebSocket).
12. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React.js, Flutter to collaborate effectively with frontend developers
