About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled Backend Developer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:

● Architect, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs and scalable microservices using Node.js.

● Write clean, efficient, well-documented, and highly testable code.

● Design, implement, and optimize NoSQL database schemas, with a primary focus on DynamoDB.

● Take ownership of the performance, scalability, and security of mission-critical backend systems.

● Drive data-driven continuous improvements to enhance system architecture and overall application efficiency.

● Collaborate closely with front-end engineers and cross-functional product teams to seamlessly integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

● Develop comprehensive unit and integration test suites to maintain high standards of code quality.

● Actively participate in—and occasionally lead—peer code reviews, contributing to engineering best practices and process improvements.

● Continuously stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to help evolve our backend stack.

Must-Have Skills:

● 3-5 years of proven, hands-on experience in backend software development.

● Deep expertise in Node.js and a strong track record of building complex, secure RESTful APIs.

● Solid experience designing, managing, and querying NoSQL databases, particularly DynamoDB.

● Strong grasp of microservices architecture, distributed systems, and modern software design patterns.

● Proficiency with unit and integration testing frameworks, strictly adhering to testing best practices.

● Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and advanced debugging skills to resolve complex system bottlenecks.

● Demonstrated ability to work independently, take project ownership, and thrive as part of a collaborative agile team.

● Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate technical solutions.

Good-to-Have Skills:

● Professional experience or strong familiarity with multi-language environments (Java, Golang, or Python).

● Hands-on knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.

● Working experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS or Google Cloud (GCP).

● Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments.
