Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer with strong expertise in Node.js and JavaScript and at least 2 years of experience in the fintech industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend systems, building secure RESTful APIs, and contributing to high-performance fintech solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js
- Build and manage secure RESTful APIs
- Integrate and maintain payment gateways and third-party services
- Ensure compliance with fintech security standards and best practices
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases
- Deploy and manage backend services on cloud platforms
- Optimize application performance and ensure system reliability
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Handle authentication, authorization, error handling, and debugging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions
- Use Git for version control and code management
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the fintech domain
- Experience with RESTful API development
- Knowledge of payment gateway integrations
- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Understanding of security, authentication, and compliance standards
- Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
- Proficiency in Git and debugging techniques
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Nice to Have:- Experience with microservices architecture
