Backend Developer

Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office – 5 Days

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer / Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance backend services and APIs for banking and financial applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java & Spring Boot.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for banking portals and applications.
• Build system integrations using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and REST services.
• Design and optimize workflow-based solutions for banking use cases.
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval.
• Integrate Elasticsearch for high-performance search and real-time querying.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, architects, product teams, and business stakeholders.
• Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Follow coding standards, development best practices, and secure software development principles.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
