About the Job:

We are looking for a skilled Back End Developer (Freelancer) to join our team and build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend systems. If you're passionate about APIs, system design, and solving real-world technical challenges, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create deliverables addressing common backend development and system design requests.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to enhance AI research and improve quality.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side applications and APIs.
• Diagnose and solve real-world technical issues to advance machine learning systems.
• Contribute expertise to cutting-edge AI research while working independently and remotely.
• Manage your own schedule with flexible hours to meet project deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in backend development or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of server-side programming, APIs, and database management.
• Experience in system design, performance optimization, and debugging.
• Proficiency in technologies like Node.js, Django, Express.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
