Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in the MERN stack and a strong background in healthcare integrations. The ideal candidate will work on US healthcare projects, building scalable applications and integrating with EHR systems using industry standards like FHIR and HL7.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack
  • Work on US healthcare projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Implement and integrate FHIR and HL7 standards for seamless healthcare data exchange
  • Develop and integrate solutions with EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or similar platforms
  • Utilize integration tools like Mirth Connect (or similar) for data transformation and routing
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and best practices, especially in healthcare

Requirements

Must-Have

  • Experience working on at least 2 US healthcare projects
  • Strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on experience with FHIR, HL7, and interoperability standards
  • Proven experience integrating with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner, etc.)
  • Experience with Mirth Connect or similar integration engines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and collaboration skills

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with OpenEMR
  • Understanding of payer-side healthcare systems and processes

Additional Information

  • Flexible working hours
  • 5-day work week (Monday to Friday)
