Roles and Responsibilities
• Build and ship backend APIs using NodeJs (express) or Python (FastAPI); contribute to
frontend UI integration
• Design and develop RAG pipelines — ingestion, chunking, embedding, and retrieval
• Implement agentic AI workflows with tool use, LLM orchestration, and multi-step
reasoning
• Integrate LLM APIs and apply prompt engineering best practices
• Work with vector databases and embedding models for semantic search and retrieval
Technical Skills Required
• Python: NumPy, Pandas, FastAPI, REST API development
• Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML/CSS, API consumption
• RAG pipelines: ingestion, chunking, preprocessing, embedding, retrieval
• LLM orchestration: LangChain
• Agentic AI: tool use, prompt engineering, multi-step reasoning
• Vector databases: Pinecone, Qdrant, pgvector
Good to Have
• Multi-agent systems (CrewAI, AutoGen)
• SQL + vector hybrid search
• Basic DevOps / Docker
• Git & version control
