As a Backend Developer, you will own core microservices, build high-throughput APIs, and engineer systems that power real-time digital financial transactions for millions of investors. If you thrive on optimizing low-latency pipelines and turning complex business logic into clean, resilient services, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect & Scale: Design, build, and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant microservices and RESTful/gRPC APIs.
• Optimize Performance: Drive down execution latencies, optimize database queries, and eliminate system bottlenecks across distributed data pipelines.
• Ensure System Reliability: Implement robust error handling, automated monitoring, distributed tracing, and event-driven architecture for high-availability uptime.
• Drive Engineering Standards: Write clean, modular, and well-tested code while participating in rigorous peer code reviews and technical discussions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Technical Expertise: 3 to 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java, Python, Go, or Node.js/TypeScript.
• Database Architecture: Deep proficiency with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL stores (Redis, MongoDB, DynamoDB), including indexing, caching strategies, and query tuning.
• System Design & Microservices: Proven experience designing scalable distributed systems, handling asynchronous messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), and integrating complex APIs.
• Cloud Native: Hands-on experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
