About the role:

Proficiency in design & development of 3GPP PHY layer for 4g/5g protocol standards

Required skills

3+ years of hands-on experience in design & development of Downlink/Uplink signal-chains for 3gPP 5G/LTE standards preferably for gNode/eNodeB

Good knowledge of 3GPP Specifications for PHY Layer, be able to implement features based on 3GPP standards for 5G/LTE networks

Must have hands-on knowledge of Intel Flexran framework for 5G-NR or LTE

Implementation, validation of DSP Algorithms, optimization for CPU & memory consumption

5G/LTE Air interface Troubleshooting using QXDM-QCAT logs Wireshark and similar tools is a must

Experience in developing/debugging using MATLAB models for 4g/5g Downlink/Uplink signal chains - desirable

Experience in using test equipment such as Signal Generators & VSA

Design/implement/test/troubleshoot SW for multi-threaded, multi-processor architectures

Must have Strong expertise in C/C++ programming,

Operating systems – Linux

Qualifications:

Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or related fields.

7+ years as wireless telecom professional with at least 3+ years in PHY layer

Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
