This pivotal role focuses on solving complex technical challenges, developing microservices, and driving engineering efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in object-oriented programming, a deep understanding of CI/CD best practices, and excellent problem-solving abilities, contributing significantly to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Software Development: Contribute to the effort of solving complex and technical challenges to improve engineering efficiency. Engage in hands-on software development using an object-oriented programming language such as Java, Groovy, Golang, or Python.
- Microservices & Architecture: Gain experience in developing microservices. Possess deep knowledge of computer science fundamentals such as Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, design patterns, and data structures.
- Tools & Automation: Design, build, and onboard tools to accelerate build, testing, release, and deployment processes. Be familiar with CI/CD standard methodologies and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Nexus, Artifactory, Maven, Gradle, and SonarQube.
- Technical Leadership: Drive technical decisions and initiatives for the team, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills, logic, and the ability to think outside the box when troubleshooting issues.
- Collaboration & Mentorship: Work successfully with multi-functional teams and tech leads, coordinating effectively across organizational boundaries and geographies. Mentor team members to maintain engineering excellence.
- Agile Environment: Be experienced with Agile Methodologies, ensuring adaptability and efficiency in development cycles.

Skills
- 3-6 years of coding experience in an object-oriented programming language (Java, Groovy, Golang, or Python).
- Experience in developing microservices.

- Experience with Agile Methodologies.
