1. Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Baby Caregiver Trainer to deliver structured training to candidates aspiring to work as professional baby caregivers and nannies.
The trainer will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical knowledge related to infant and child care, hygiene, nutrition, safety, child development and daily caregiving activities.
2. Key Responsibilities

* Train candidates on newborn, infant and young child care.
* Demonstrate proper techniques for baby bathing, feeding, diaper changing and maintaining hygiene.
* Explain age-appropriate nutrition, food preparation and feeding practices.
* Train candidates on child safety, emergency response and basic first aid.
* Educate candidates about child growth, development, behaviour and emotional well-being.
* Conduct practical demonstrations, role plays and hands-on training sessions.
* Prepare lesson plans, training materials and practical assessments.
* Monitor trainee attendance, performance and learning progress.
* Maintain training records and assessment documentation.
* Coordinate with the operations and assessment teams to ensure successful course completion.
3. Educational Qualification
Candidates should possess any one of the following relevant qualifications:
Graduate / Postgraduate:
* Child Development
* Human Development
* Home Science
* Psychology
* Nursing
* Occupational Therapy
* Physiotherapy
OR
Diploma:
* Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education (DECE)
* Diploma in Nursing
* Diploma in Home Science
* Diploma in Occupational Therapy
4. Experience Requirements
* Graduate/Postgraduate candidates: Minimum 1 year of relevant industry experience and 1 year of training experience.
* Diploma candidates: Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience and 1 year of training experience.
* Practical experience in infant care, childcare, nursing, daycare or early childhood education will be preferred.
6. Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of infant and childcare practices.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to conduct practical demonstrations.
* Patience and empathy while handling trainees.
* Good classroom management and documentation skills.
* Ability to explain childcare concepts in simple Hindi and English.
7. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Training completion as per the prescribed curriculum.
* Trainee attendance and engagement.
* Assessment readiness and certification outcomes.
* Quality of training delivery and documentation.
8. Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates from Nursing, Home Science, Child Development, Early Childhood Education or related backgrounds with practical childcare knowledge and a passion for skill development are encouraged to apply.
