Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Design and optimize processes within ITSM, Contracts Management, and related modules.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, and developers to deliver scalable ServiceNow solutions.
  • Support configuration, testing (SIT/UAT), and deployment activities.
  • Ensure alignment with platform best practices and governance standards.
  • Provide advisory support for ITFM and ITOM capabilities and roadmap discussions.

Required Experience:

  • 7+ years as a Business Analyst on ServiceNow implementations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
  • Experience with Contracts Management lifecycle processes.
  • Working knowledge of ITFM (budgeting, cost transparency) and ITOM (Discovery, CMDB, Event Management).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills.
