Lead the Discovery Phase for the credit card integration workstream, ensuring a structured approach to understanding business needs, system capabilities, and gaps.
Analyse and compare credit card products, features, processes, and customer journeys across both organisations.
Perform detailed functional analysis across core credit card domains such as payments, billing, transactions, authorisations, limits, collections, rewards, and customer servicing.
Assess system and feature differences between the two banks, identifying integration challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for consolidation.
Define and document business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
Support designing target operating model and overall integration roadmap.
Facilitate workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
Support creation of integration roadmap, highlighting sequencing, risks, and decision points.
