Job Description

Experience 6+ years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for analyzing requirements as per functional, customer flows and technical specifications.
  • Strong Business Analysis experience and the ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Analyze third-party application dependencies and formalize their in-depth interactions (mapping, functional data and technical flows modelling)
  • Original contribution to business analysis methods and approaches
  • Gather the business requirements and translate them to senior stakeholders
  • Provide clear and unambiguous specifications to enable development team to produce quality software that meets defined product requirements.
  • Schedule / Participate in workshops to review solution approach & design and secure stakeholder signoff

The Required Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Consulting and Loan IQ product experience.
  • Experience of business process modelling and process hierarchies.
  • Strong knowledge on Lending domain.
  • Good soft skills and time management required in order to priorities and co-ordinate delivery of varied tasks involved in client projects.

Nice to have

  • Exposure to migration from legacy core as part of transformation journey.
  • Understanding of local clearing systems.
  • Ability to write SQL statements and basic stored procedures
