BA cum Scrum Master

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships and maintain effective communication channels with team members.
• Challenge team estimations when necessary to gain deeper understanding of the product from business, design, and technical perspectives.
• Support the team in creating a trusting and respectful environment where issues can be discussed openly.
• Facilitate all reporting on scrum health and identify key learnings and areas for improvement.
• Help the team become self-organized and align with the 12 principles of Agile.
• Resolve conflicts and facilitate continuous improvement and team empowerment.
• Manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and support the team in achieving sprint goals.
• Collaborate with Scrum Leads to ensure adherence to standards and best practices.
• Accurately report progress to management and resolve daily impediments.
• Facilitate all SCRUM rituals, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, estimation sessions, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Leverage previous experience in business analysis to assist Product Owners with product backlogs and requirement gathering.
