Role Overview

As a B2C Sales Trainee at Curatal, you will engage directly with consumers, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions that create value. You will play a key role in driving revenue, building trust, and ensuring a positive customer journey from first contact to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively engage with potential customers through calls, emails, messaging, and in-person interactions.
  • Understand customer needs, preferences, and concerns to offer the right solutions.
  • Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of various candidate based programs.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
  • Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Follow up with leads, nurture prospects, and ensure consistent engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and sales processes.
  • Represent Curatal professionally while upholding our brand values.
