Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a B2C Inside Sales Associate / Business Development professional. The primary responsibilities include managing the end-to-end sales cycle, generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction. The role also involves nurturing customer relationships and identifying opportunities for business growth through account management and focused follow-ups.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Excellent skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Account Management and nurturing client relationships
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt and perform in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
  • Prior experience in the EdTech or technology development domain is a plus
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
