About the Role
We're looking for a B2C Growth Marketing Intern who is creative, data-savvy, and passionate about connecting directly with students. This role focuses on driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through digital campaigns, community building, and performance marketing. You will work closely with the founding team to experiment with growth hacking tactics, optimize user journeys, and create compelling content that resonates with our student audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, and paid ads) to acquire and retain students.
- Engage with users through communities, forums, and direct outreach to understand their needs.
- Assist in designing and implementing referral programs, discounts, and incentives to boost conversions.
- Monitor and analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving the onboarding and retention process.
- Collaborate with the content and product teams to create user-centric messaging and campaigns.
- Track KPIs like CAC, conversion rates, and suggest data-driven optimizations.
- Represent the brand authentically in all student-facing communications.
Key Requirements
- Completed undergraduate degree (no current college students).
- Background in Business, Marketing, or STEM (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling.
- Hands-on experience or interest in digital marketing, social media, or community management.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt quickly to user feedback.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, experimental environment.
- Passion for education and a deep understanding of student challenges.
