We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused B2C Executive to join our team at Visa2Fly. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, guiding clients through visa and travel-related services, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer experience.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Assist customers with visa, travel documentation, and service-related queries.
• Provide accurate information and maintain high service quality.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely completion of processes.
• Maintain customer records and update the CRM.

• 0.6 to 2 years of experience in customer service or B2C roles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle customers professionally and patiently.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred.
