Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a B2C Admission Counsellor. As a Admission Counsellor, your day-to-day tasks will involve selling of university programs to potential working professionals. It includes building relationship, understanding their career needs etc.. You will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities.

Qualification criteria:

• Selling of high value premium educational courses
• Selling to working executives with 5+ years of experience across domains
• Customer Service, Communication, and Selling skills
• Proficiency in using CRM systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly target-driven
• Knowledge of career development and professional growth is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a must
