Hiring: Area Head/ Area Manager – B2B2C Sales (preferably fintech/financial services)

CTC: 12 LPA

Location: Bengaluru (Virtual Regional Ownership)

Reports to: Head of Sales & Distribution

Role Overview

Own and scale a region as a business unit by building a strong, diversified, and sustainable MFD (Mutual Fund Distributor) network. This role focuses on structural growth, not just targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Expand active MFD base and improve regional penetration
  • Acquire and onboard high-quality MFD partners
  • Revive dormant partners and drive consistent business flow
  • Reduce dependency on top accounts; build a diversified portfolio
  • Lead and improve RM performance (productivity, consistency, accountability)
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene and multi-level partner engagement
  • Operating Approach
  • Analyze: Track MFD activity, penetration, concentration risk, RM productivity
  • Plan: Segment markets, identify growth clusters, define acquisition & revival strategy
  • Execute: Drive weekly reviews, performance tracking, and course correction
  • Success Metrics (6–12 Months)
  • Growth in active MFD base and penetration
