Role Description

This is a full-time B2B Sales role based on-site in Surat. The role involves identifying and developing client relationships with organizations in need of financial products and services. The candidate will be responsible for generating and following up on leads, conducting presentations, providing product information, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires building a deep understanding of the financial products offered, market trends, and customer needs to deliver tailored solutions and drive growth.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and lead generation for B2B clients
  • Strong understanding of financial products, market analysis, and customer needs
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and adapt to dynamic market conditions
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred; prior experience in the financial products industry will be an advantage
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales technology
