We're Hiring | B2B Sales Representatives | Pune, Baner

Stanvee Services India Limited is a 15-year-old membership rewards and lifestyle platform with 10,000+ brand partners across India — and we're expanding our business development team.

We're looking for B2B sales professionals who can open doors, build partnerships, and drive distributor and corporate enrolments at scale.

The opportunity: Our partner programme gives businesses and individuals a high-margin, low-barrier entry into one of India's most established rewards ecosystems. Your job is to find the right people, explain the model clearly, and bring them on board.

What you'll be doing: → Identifying and approaching potential distributors, channel partners, and corporate clients → Managing end-to-end business development cycles — from prospecting to onboarding → Presenting the Stanvee partner programme in structured pitches and demos → Maintaining a healthy pipeline and logging activity through CRM

What we're looking for: → 1-3 years of B2B sales, channel sales, or business development experience → Strong presentation and negotiation skills → Self-starter with the ability to manage their own pipeline independently

We have A well-structured product suite with clear value propositions → Support from a seasoned marketing and growth team → Room to grow into a leadership role as the programme scales

Qualifications

  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills with the ability to convey value propositions effectively
  • Experience in sales strategies, business development, and building rapport with clients
  • Proficiency in client relationship management and understanding customer needs
  • Results-driven mindset with problem-solving skills and a focus on achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the B2B sector and familiarity with lifestyle, travel, and multi-utility services is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
