About the job
Company: Kerala Ayurveda Ltd.
Location: Brigade Summit, Whitefield
Experience: 5-7 years in B2B Sales / Business Development
About the Role
We're looking for a driven, high-ownership B2B Sales Manager to scale Kerala Ayurveda's existing wholesale business in the US.
You'll build on an established base of practitioners, clinics, spas, and distribution partners—driving deeper penetration, improving repeat behaviour, and increasing account value.
This role is focused on turning existing traction & revenue into a predictable, scalable revenue engine, while selectively adding high-quality new accounts.
What You'll Do
- Own B2B revenue growth for the US wholesale business.
- Expand existing accounts: drive repeat orders, increase AOV, and deepen product adoption.
- Build and manage relationships with practitioners, clinics, spas, retailers, and distributors.
- Drive targeted new account acquisition (high-quality, high-fit partners).
- Track and optimize key metrics: active accounts, repeat rate, AOV, order frequency, and revenue per account.
- Create structured pipelines, follow-ups, and reporting to improve predictability.
- Work closely with operations and supply chain to ensure smooth fulfillment and customer experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning, offers, and GTM strategy.
What You Need (Must-Haves)
- Strong sales execution: proven ability to close deals and grow accounts.
- Experience in B2B sales (US market exposure preferred).
- Account management mindset: ability to grow revenue from existing relationships.
- High ownership: accountable for outcomes, not just activity.
- Structured thinking: can manage pipelines, track metrics, and drive follow-through.
- Strong communication: clear, persuasive, and professional.
- Bias for action: comfortable operating in ambiguity and moving fast.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in wellness, Ayurveda, supplements, healthcare or SAAS sales.
- Prior experience selling to practitioners, clinics, or distribution networks.
- Familiarity with US market dynamics.
- Understanding of unit economics (AOV, margins, repeat behavior).
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
- Clear visibility into existing accounts, pipeline, and revenue drivers.
- Increased repeat orders and early AOV expansion across key accounts.
- Strong relationship building with top customers.
- Initial wins from high-quality new accounts.
- Predictable repeat cycle from new accounts onboarded.
Why This Role Matters
Kerala Ayurveda has built a strong foundation in the US wholesale market. This role is critical in scaling that foundation into a predictable, high-growth revenue engine through deeper relationships, better account economics, and disciplined execution. You won't just be selling—you'll be shaping how Ayurveda scales in one of the most demanding markets in the world.
