Job Description

We're hiring a B2B SaaS Sales Manager to take a combined GeoIQ expansion solution and Tango in-store analytics offering - developed inside Lenskart - to the broader retail market. The role demands consultative sales, strong comfort with technical/analytics products, and the ability to work with retail brands on both store expansion and in-store performance improvement. The solution includes CCTV-based metrics (Tango eye) and catchment/expansion intelligence (GeoIQ).

Responsibilities

  • Own the full enterprise sales cycle: pipeline -> pitch -> negotiation -> close.
  • Sell the integrated GeoIQ + Tango solution to retail, QSR, D2C, and multi-store brands.
  • Understand client needs and craft tailored ROI-led proposals (expansion, footfall, conversion, ops KPIs).
  • Coordinate technical setup: CCTV installation, metric configuration, data workflows.
  • Lead POCs and convert successful pilots into scaled multi-city rollouts.
  • Build strong relationships across CXOs, Expansion, Ops, IT, and Transformation teams.
  • Feed market insights back to product and leadership.

Success Metrics

  • Quarterly revenue and pipeline growth.
  • POC-to-rollout conversion.
  • Account expansion across cities.
  • Customer satisfaction and renewals.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in India.
  • Proven ability to sell technical, analytics-heavy, or AI-driven solutions.
  • Familiarity with retail or multi-store business operations.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills.
  • Strong track record in consultative, long-cycle sales.

Bonus

  • Experience with CCTV/vision AI, IoT, location intelligence, or retail-tech.
