We're hiring a B2B SaaS Sales Manager to take a combined GeoIQ expansion solution and Tango in-store analytics offering - developed inside Lenskart - to the broader retail market. The role demands consultative sales, strong comfort with technical/analytics products, and the ability to work with retail brands on both store expansion and in-store performance improvement. The solution includes CCTV-based metrics (Tango eye) and catchment/expansion intelligence (GeoIQ).
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle: pipeline -> pitch -> negotiation -> close.
- Sell the integrated GeoIQ + Tango solution to retail, QSR, D2C, and multi-store brands.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored ROI-led proposals (expansion, footfall, conversion, ops KPIs).
- Coordinate technical setup: CCTV installation, metric configuration, data workflows.
- Lead POCs and convert successful pilots into scaled multi-city rollouts.
- Build strong relationships across CXOs, Expansion, Ops, IT, and Transformation teams.
- Feed market insights back to product and leadership.
Success Metrics
- Quarterly revenue and pipeline growth.
- POC-to-rollout conversion.
- Account expansion across cities.
- Customer satisfaction and renewals.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in enterprise SaaS sales in India.
- Proven ability to sell technical, analytics-heavy, or AI-driven solutions.
- Familiarity with retail or multi-store business operations.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial negotiation skills.
- Strong track record in consultative, long-cycle sales.
