What You'll Do
Prospecting & Outreach
- Identify and research potential clients freelancers, small business owners, consultants, clinics, retailers, and local service providers
- Run cold email campaigns with personalized messaging (we'll give you AI tools to do this well)
- Make outbound calls to warm up leads and book discovery calls
Social Media & Content
- Post regularly on LinkedIn, Instagram, and WhatsApp Business to build brand visibility in the target market
- Engage with comments, DMs, and community groups to generate inbound interest
Events & Tie-ups
- Scout and participate in local business events, networking meets, and startup communities
- Identify partnership opportunities with CAs, business coaches, coworking spaces, and similar networks
Account Management (Pre to Post Sales)
- Manage leads through the full funnel from first contact to onboarding
- Coordinate with the tech team for demos, proposals, and project kickoffs
- Stay in touch post-delivery to gather testimonials, referrals, and upsell opportunities
What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or any field (we care more about attitude than pedigree)
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi/Marathi (written and spoken)
- Comfortable making calls and striking up conversations with strangers
- Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and email outreach
- Organized, self-driven, and not afraid of rejection
- Bonus: Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or freelancing of any kind
