About the Role
This role suits someone who enjoys talking to people, understands how businesses think, and isn't afraid to reach out, follow up, and close small deals. You'll support the sales team, work directly with founders or managers, and learn how B2B selling actually works on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research potential clients
Reach out to leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn
Set up meetings and demos for the sales team
Maintain and update CRM/lead sheets
Assist in proposals, follow-ups, and negotiations
Collect feedback from prospects and share insights with the team
What You Need
Good communication and people skills
Basic understanding of sales or marketing
Comfort with outreach and target-driven work
Ability to learn quickly and work independently
Must be based in Bangalore or ready to relocate immediately
