Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new B2B business & Corporate accounts opportunities through lead generation, networking, referrals, and channel participation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, system integrators, distributors, and OEM partners.
- Drive sales across multiple industry verticals such as Enterprise, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, and Infrastructure.
- Understand customer requirements and propose suitable technology or hardware-based solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and commercial discussions with mid to senior-level stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and basic technicalcommercial documentation in coordination with internal teams.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to order closure and post-sales coordination.
- Work closely with internal engineering, production, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to revenue growth, market expansion, and long-term account development.
- Support corporate account development, partnerships, and repeat business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 35 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in electronics, electrical, hardware, or technology-driven products/solutions.
- Background in selling products such as electronic hardware, kiosk devices, components, IT/AV solutions, industrial equipment, or related technologies.
- Strong understanding of techno-commercial sales processes.
- Education: B.Tech / BE (Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or related discipline) preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
- Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with enterprise clients and decision-makers and build long-term relationships.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced B2B sales environment.
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development.
