Job Description

  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical sales plans to achieve institutional sales targets across key segments, including HoReCa and educational institutions.
  • Drive endtoend highvalue sales cycles, from presenting tailored solutions to negotiating and closing profitable contracts.
  • Manage and guide a team of three to deliver on B2B sales performance and ensure consistent results.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends-particularly within HoReCa and education-to uncover new opportunities and strengthen market positioning.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required MBA preferred for broader strategic and managerial exposure.
  • 15+ years of experience in institutional sales or business development, with a strong background in selling to Hospitality (HoReCa) and Education sectors.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication (English), and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with owners, promoters, and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong relationshipbuilding and keyaccount management strengths, demonstrated through longterm client retention.
  • Proven capability in handling complex sales cycles and closing large, highvalue deals.
  • Ability to interpret data and apply insights to shape effective sales approaches.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
