About the Role

We are looking for a highly connected and execution-focused B2B Sales Expert who can help us enter and test multiple B2B markets across Bhubaneswar.

The role involves introducing and positioning our wellness and healthcare offerings across:

  • corporates,
  • gyms,
  • cafes,
  • coworking spaces,
  • colleges,
  • clinics,
  • startups,
  • wellness communities,
  • hospitality,
  • premium residential communities,
  • and other B2B ecosystems.

This is not just a sales role.

We are looking for someone who understands relationship-driven business development and can help us validate, scale, and position our products/services in real market environments.

Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Market Expansion
  • Identify and approach potential B2B partners across Bhubaneswar
  • Open doors through existing professional and business networks
  • Generate meetings and partnership opportunities
  • Help introduce and test HiWox & Kefilo offerings in different business environments
Business Development & Sales
  • Pitch wellness and healthcare solutions to businesses and institutions
  • Build strategic collaborations and recurring partnerships
  • Convert leads into pilot projects, subscriptions, or long-term partnerships
  • Coordinate with internal teams for execution and onboarding
Market Testing & Validation
  • Help test different wellness products/services across B2B audiences
  • Collect real-time feedback from clients and partners
  • Identify high-potential market segments and business opportunities
  • Support product positioning and pricing discussions
Relationship Management
  • Maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers
  • Coordinate follow-ups and partnership discussions
  • Build trust-based business relationships within the local ecosystem
Ideal Candidate

  • Has experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or networking
  • Is confident in pitching and relationship-building

Compensation StructureFull-Time Option
