We are seeking aTechnical Sales Executivewith hands-on knowledge of electronics who can expand our customer base and handle day-to-day sales operations efficiently.

Job Summary

The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible formanaging customer inquiries, preparing quotations, anddriving salesthrough both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should be technically sound in electronics and have strong communication and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and online chat.
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up for order confirmations.
  • Identify newB2B clientsand maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Work with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports inExcelandTally Prime.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Minimum2 years of experiencein electronics sales or related field.
    • Good understanding ofelectronic components, modules
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency inMS Excel,Tally Prime, and basic knowledge ofe-commerce platforms.
    • Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

    Education

    • DiplomaorBachelor's DegreeinElectronicsor a related discipline.

    Salary

    • Commensurate with experience and performance.
    • Incentivesbased on sales targets.
