Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a B2B Sales Executive focused on IT service sales in the US, Canada, UK, Middle East, and Europe markets, based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing lead generation activities, and developing strategic relationships to drive IT service sales. The B2B Sales Executive will also manage client accounts, engage in solution selling, and ensure timely communication to meet sales and business development targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach

  • Identify, research, and qualify potential clients via cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, databases, and online platforms.
  • Conduct outbound calls and email campaigns to engage decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects with regular follow-ups and nurturing strategies.
  • Capture demand/inquiries from all sources (web forms, inbound, outbound, partners, referrals, marketplaces like Microsoft AppSource).

Sales & Presales Activities:

  • Conduct product/service demos and handle client queries during sales discussions.
  • Evaluate and qualify leads as per defined criteria, establishing clear buyer/user personas.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales collateral in collaboration with the marketing and presales team.
  • Schedule meetings/demos and handover warm leads effectively for closures.
  • Manage licensing trials, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product & Finance) for smooth operations.

Client Engagement & Account Management:

  • Drive product/service adoption and usage in customer accounts.
  • Ensure customer retention and prevent churn through proactive engagement.
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional services/solutions to existing accounts.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, opportunities, and engagement history.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:6+ years in IT services/products/solutions sales OR presales/lead generation. Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.

Market Exposure:Proven experience in selling to US, Canada, UK, Middle East, and Europe markets is highly preferred.

Technical Understanding:Familiarity with CRM, ERP, Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions will be an advantage.

Sales Skills:Strong background in solution selling, virtual/remote sales, cold calling, and email/LinkedIn outreach.

Tools Proficiency:Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.), email marketing tools, and LinkedIn automation.

Soft Skills:Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven and self-motivated with the ability to work in night shifts (US/Canada/UK time zones).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy & Development:
  • Design and execute content strategies aligned with digital marketing objectives.
  • Produce original, engaging, and high-impact content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and all major social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • SEO & Copywriting:
  • Write SEO-optimized articles, product and service page content, and marketing materials to drive traffic and engagement.
  • Creative Collaboration:
  • Partner with the design and marketing teams to produce visuals, videos, and infographics that enhance brand storytelling.
  • Repurpose existing content into various formats, such as short videos, reels, or newsletters.
  • Content Planning & Management:
  • Develop and maintain content calendars for consistent publishing and promotional activities.
  • Research & Optimization:
  • Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies to ensure relevant and timely content.
  • Track content performance using analytics tools and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Brand Consistency:
  • Ensure a unified tone, style, and voice across all communication channels.
