Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven B2B Sales & Marketing Executive who can identify, target, and convert business opportunities across Hotels, Gyms, Corporate Offices, Wellness Programs, and Institutional clients.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target potential clients including Hotels, Gyms, Corporate Offices, and Institutional partners.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with decision-makers to present Foodinnoo products and business solutions.
• Convert leads into business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships and partnerships.
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies for business growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client servicing.
• Track sales performance and prepare reports.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree/MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Experience in FMCG, food industry, corporate sales, or institutional sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Salary: As per company standards + Incentives + Performance Bonus.
