B2B Sales Executive

Exalix Tech is hiring a Business Development Manager.

We implement ERPNext for manufacturers, traders and distributors across Gujarat's industrial belt and a few clients overseas. Delivery is strong. Now we need someone to keep the pipeline full.

What you'll own:

• Finding and qualifying leads for ERP implementation projects
• Running first calls and discovery with SME owners and decision makers
• Managing the client relationship from first contact to signed proposal
• Closing deals and handing clean context to the delivery team

What we're looking for:

• 1 to 2 years in B2B sales. ERP or software sales is a big plus
• Someone who can talk to a factory owner, not just an IT head
• Clear written English and the confidence to lead a call
• Based in Ahmedabad or ready to move here
• This is not a role where you inherit a script. You'll shape how we sell.
