Role Overview
We are looking for a high-hustle B2B Sales Executive who will work closely with the founding team to drive revenue.
This is not a typical sales job.
You will:
- Find potential customers
- Start conversations
- Book calls
- Close deals

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation
- Identify potential customers:
- Course creators
- Coaches and trainers
- EdTech companies
- Source leads from:
- Instagram
- LinkedIn
- YouTube
- Collect emails and contact details
Cold Outreach
- Send personalized cold emails
- Reach out via Instagram and LinkedIn DMs
- Build conversations, not spam
- Execute consistent follow-ups
Qualification
- Identify serious buyers
- Understand:
- Need
- Budget
- Decision-making authority
- Prioritize high-intent leads
Sales Calls and Closing
- Book and conduct demo calls
- Explain LMS product clearly
- Handle objections confidently
- Close deals or move leads forward
CRM and Pipeline Management
- Track all leads and conversations
- Maintain an organized pipeline using Google Sheets or CRM tools
- Ensure no lead is lost
Founder Collaboration
- Work directly with founders
- Share market insights:
- Customer objections
- Feature requests
- Pricing feedback
Skills Required

- Strong communication skills in English

Good-to-have
- Experience in B2B sales or EdTech

Compensation
- Fixed salary plus performance incentives
