We're Hiring | B2B Sales Executive

Blende is expanding its B2B business vertical and is looking for a driven B2B Sales Executive to take ownership of business development and client acquisition.

This is an opportunity for someone who enjoys finding opportunities, building relationships, meeting decision-makers and closing business — and wants to be part of building a new vertical from the ground up.

What you'll do

Identify and develop new B2B opportunities
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Reach out to decision-makers and generate meetings
Present customized solutions and proposals
Follow up consistently and convert leads into orders
Build long-term client relationships and repeat business
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closure
Attend client meetings and business discussions
Expand Blende's presence across Tamil Nadu and South India

Who we're looking for

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confident, proactive and target-oriented
Comfortable with cold calling, client meetings and field sales
Good understanding of B2B sales and business development
Ability to identify opportunities and build relationships independently
Previous B2B sales experience preferred
Someone who is hungry to build, grow and take ownership

Compensation

Fixed + Performance-Based Variable Incentive

The role offers strong earning potential directly linked to the business you generate.

Location: Chennai

Work Mode: Hybrid / Field-Based

Travel: Tamil Nadu & South India

Employment: Full-time

This is a field-oriented sales role. Prospecting, follow-ups and reporting can be handled remotely, while regular travel will be required for client meetings and business development.
