Role Overview

We are looking for a results-oriented B2B Sales Executive with 34 years of experience who can own the complete B2B sales cyclefrom lead generation to closure and relationship management. The role involves selling AIWO's diagnostics, supplements, corporate wellness programs, and healthcation offerings to business clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard B2B clients such as:
  • Corporates & HR teams
  • Hospitals, clinics & doctors
  • Gyms, wellness centres & luxury hotels
  • Distributors, pharmacies & institutional buyers
  • Drive sales of:
  • AIWO diagnostic packages
  • Corporate wellness programs
  • Supplements & nutraceuticals
  • Long-term wellness & healthcation programs
  • Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with monthly and quarterly targets.

Client Relationship Management
  • Develop long-term partnerships with key accounts.
  • Conduct product demos, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Act as a single point of contact for onboarding, renewals, and upsells.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Execution & Coordination
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations, doctors, diagnostics).
  • Ensure smooth execution of B2B orders, programs, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular sales reports.

Market Intelligence
  • Track competitor offerings, pricing, and market trends.
  • Share insights to improve sales strategy and product positioning.

Key Requirements

Experience & Skills
  • 34 years of B2B sales experience (healthcare, pharma, wellness, diagnostics, or nutraceuticals preferred).
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience handling enterprise / institutional clients is a plus.
  • Comfortable with field sales, client meetings, and closures.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting.
