Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales targets for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), Broadband, and Fixed Line services in the assigned territory.
  • Grow Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS) across new and existing accounts.
  • Drive new client acquisitions and revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Ensure seamless delivery and implementation of services to meet client expectations.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships in Kolkata, Haldia, Bardhaman, and Hooghly.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for customer requirements across all services.
  • Negotiate and close contracts/orders effectively to drive revenue.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
  • Monitor competitor activities and share market intelligence for business planning.
