Job Description

Key Deliverables:

  • Achieve sales targets for Data (Internet Bandwidth, MPLS, Cloud), Voice (Postpaid), and Fixed Line services within the assigned territory.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and break into untapped corporate accounts.
  • Cross-sell and upsell Airtel's multi-product offerings to both new and existing clients.
  • Maintain and nurture a strong sales funnel with consistent conversions across all business lines.
  • Track market dynamics, including competitor activities, and drive timely sales interventions.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships across multiple service lines.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts to meet and exceed revenue objectives.
  • Ensure smooth delivery and post-sale service experience in alignment with client expectations.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, provide timely support, and identify further business opportunities.
  • Develop territory-specific strategies to grow Customer Market Share (CMS) and Revenue Market Share (RMS).
