Location: Delhi, NCR (Hybrid)

Experience: 6 months - 1 year

Work Shift: 5 days a week, 9 hours a day

Role Overview:

As a B2B Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and converting potential clients for our EAP offerings. You will work closely with HR leaders, decision-makers, and wellness committees to understand their needs and present relevant solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential B2B clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and industry events
  • Understand client needs and present customized EAP solutions
  • Conduct product demos and sales presentations to HR heads and CXOs
  • Follow up on leads, create proposals, and close deals
  • Maintain a robust pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
  • Maintain CRM records and report on sales activities and forecasts

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EAP, HR tech, SaaS, or wellness solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or related fields is preferred
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to generate leads and close sales
  • Confidence in dealing with senior HR professionals and decision-makers
  • Highly self-motivated and target-driven
