Delveio Consulting is an Authorized Zoho implementation and consulting partner helping businesses streamline their operations through Zoho's suite of cloud software including CRM, Zoho One, and other business applications. We work with startups and SMEs to improve sales, marketing, and operational efficiency through technology.

Position: B2B Sales Development Representative

Market: International Market

Work Model: On site in Goa

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively initiating inbound and outbound phone and email contact with B2B leads across the US and European market.
  • Building, maintaining, and segmenting lead databases
  • Conducting research on potential clients, including industry, company structure, decision-makers, and business needs
  • Scheduling qualified meetings for the Sales / Account Executive team
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM systems
  • Preparing and delivering weekly sales activity and pipeline reports
  • Monitoring market trends and competitors within Europe
  • Identifying and proposing improvements to lead generation and sales process.
  • Supporting the creation and optimization of outbound sales scripts and messaging

Requirements

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar B2B sales or SDR role
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling to B2B clients
  • Demonstrated experience selling to the US and European market
  • Fluent English with the ability to communicate professionally with international clients
  • Strong sales communication skills and experience working with KPIs and targets
  • Hands-on experience with CRM system, preferably Zoho.
  • High level of independence, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset
  • Availability to work in the UK time zone

Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, IT services, or other B2B service-based industries.
