Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and performance-oriented B2B Sales Caller Enterprise Meeting Specialist with proven experience in ERP or SaaS environments.

This role is focused exclusively on enterprise-level appointment generation, targeting C-Level decision-makers such as CXOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and CTOs.

The ideal candidate understands enterprise sales cycles, knows how to engage senior stakeholders, and can consistently generate high-quality 1:1 meetings that convert into business opportunities.

This is not a generic tele-calling role it is a strategic enterprise outreach position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified enterprise meetings with C-Level executives across target industries.
  • Conduct structured cold calling, strategic follow-ups, and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
  • Identify and engage decision-makers in Manufacturing, Retail, Real Estate, and BFSI sectors.
  • Clearly articulate ERP/SaaS value propositions tailored to enterprise challenges.
  • Qualify prospects based on revenue size, authority level, buying readiness, and business need.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and track outreach and pipeline performance metrics.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with Sales and Pre-Sales teams for effective handover of opportunities.
  • Consistently achieve monthly meeting targets (minimum 1220 qualified enterprise meetings).

Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 years of proven experience in B2B enterprise appointment setting.
  • Mandatory prior experience in ERP or SaaS sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of:
  • ERP solutions and implementation lifecycle
  • SaaS subscription and recurring revenue models
  • Enterprise sales processes and deal cycles
  • Experience engaging with CXOs (CFO, CIO, COO, CTO).
  • Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent verbal communication and professional email drafting ability.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools such as HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to research accounts and personalize outreach effectively.

Preferred Candidate Profile
  • Experience selling ERP solutions to:
  • Manufacturing

  • BFSI sectors
  • Familiarity with enterprise buying processes (RFPs, POCs, demos, vendor evaluations).
  • Target-driven and disciplined in follow-ups.
  • Confident, articulate, and consultative in approach.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of enterprise pain points.

  • Number of qualified enterprise meetings booked
  • Meeting-to-opportunity conversion ratio
