Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven, street-smart B2B Field Sales Associate to generate leads, pitch Yunthra's robotic cleaning solutions, and close deals with commercial clients such as offices, retail stores, showrooms, and facility managers. This role requires someone who is comfortable with fieldwork, confident in client interactions, and capable of driving revenue through direct sales and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential B2B clients in assigned territories
- Pitch Yunthra's robotic cleaning services (one-time & AMC plans)
- Conduct on-site visits, demos, and requirement assessments
- Convert leads into paying customers through strong follow-ups
- Build and maintain relationships with managers, & decision-makers
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Update leads, meetings, and closures in CRM systems
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth service onboarding
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3 - 5 years of Relevant Sales Experience
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English, Hindi and Kannada
- High ownership mindset with a bias for action
- Comfortable with field sales, cold visits, and rejections
- Basic understanding of B2B sales cycles and client handling
- Familiarity with CRM tools and mobile-based reporting
- Two-wheeler mandatory for local travel (fuel allowance provided)
- Prior experience in B2B field sales, and/or facility management is a strong plus
